                 Most of us are aware that drinking
                 water in adequate amounts forms
                 the foundation of good health. This
                 is  because  of  the  fact  that  water
                 has numerous benefits - it aids in
                 digestion, keeps the body hydrated
                 and ensures that one does not feel
                 giddy.  As such, it is not surprising
                 that  Ayurveda too  underlines the
                 importance of drinking water - but
                 it has some rules.
