Cooking instructions

                                                               Soak Chana Dal, Almond & Cashews
                                                               overnight and grind in Mixer

                                                               Roast the Semolina till light brown. Put
                                                               the boiled milk and mix it well for 3
                                                               mins. Put Dal and dry fruits & mix well
                                                               for 5 mins. Add Sugar, mix and put 50
                                                               gram Desi ghee.  Roast it well for next
                                                               10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon Desi ghee,
                                                               powdered cardamom & mix well.

                                                               Grease an aluminium bowl. Pour the
                                                               mixture in bowl.

                                                               Place the bowl in the oven and bake at
                                                               2180 degree for 20 Min.

                                                               Sprinkle some dry fruits flakes on it.

                                                               Cool and serve. Enjoy Dumroot.
